Shipping policy

We require a full address and phone number for the recipient of your order.

If we are given an incorrect address we will not take responsibility for your order not being delivered.

If the recipient isn't at home when the flowers are delivered to the address provided, we will leave the flowers at the address and attempt to contact the reicpient on the phone number provided to notify them of delivery. If recipient isn't able to be contacted we will not take responsibility.
